Application of HPMC YB4000

EipponCell HPMC YB4000 offers several advantages when used as a joint filler and caulk filler mortar. First, as a caulk jointing agent, it is a dry powder material consisting of white cement, polymers, and pigments. With a whiteness of approximately 86%, it exhibits a slightly higher surface strength compared to white cement.

The key advantages of EipponCell HPMC YB4000 in this application include strong adhesion, reduced shrinkage, excellent pressure and wear resistance, resistance to salt and alkali, as well as protection against weak acid corrosion. It also exhibits flexibility to resist cracking and ensures easy application.

Additionally, EipponCell HPMC YB4000 serves as a crack seam agent, offering effective crack-filling properties. This helps to strengthen the mortar and prevent further cracks, enhancing the overall durability of the structure.

In addition, when used as a beautifying agent, it consists of high-tech molecular polymers, premium pigments and special additives. ​This combination resulted in a wide range of rich, vibrant colors, including gold, silver, pearlescent and stainless steel shades.. It is suitable for complementing a variety of colored tiles.. With a whiteness of approximately 95% and a smooth porcelain-like surface, it represents a new type of organic material.
