What Is KINGMAX Export-Grade RDP Powder
KINGMAX export-grade redispersible latex powder is manufactured by spray-drying vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) emulsion. It is free-flowing fine white powder that can fully redisperse in clean water and restore original polymer emulsion. After cement or gypsum mortar cures, RDP forms continuous elastic polymer film inside the mortar matrix. This polymer network improves bond strength, flexibility, crack resistance and weather durability of finished dry mortar products.
Compared with regular domestic grades, export RDP has stricter control over moisture content, particle size and anti-caking performance. Every batch is sampled and tested before shipment to guarantee stable film-forming and redispersion properties after long sea transport.
